June is one of the most dreaded months for students. The academic year is ending, and the shadow of studying for September looms. Each exam takes a mental and physical toll, and it becomes increasingly challenging to maintain intensity as the holidays approach. In such tough times, the encouragement of those who love us is more necessary than ever.

There are many ways we can brighten the arduous task of studying for others. For example:

- Little notes of encouragement and doodles among the notes are a classic. Everyone enjoys finding one, and they also serve as a mnemonic device, as their presence helps reinforce the concepts on that page.

- A text message before a challenging exam offering encouragement is always appreciated. It helps not to feel alone.

- And if a text message is good, a surprise visit to say 'hello, good luck, a kiss, and goodbye :)' elevates morale to the heights of encouragement. Even if the exam goes poorly, it's clear we have something very good in our lives.

- A joke exam created with any word processor, relating the exam's subject matter, will be a great gesture. If you don't know how to relate the study material to something that connects you with that person, don't hesitate to ask a classmate for help. Suppose someone has to prepare for a driver's license test; you could write a multiple-choice exam with questions like: 'If I were driving a car and saw you on the street: A) I'd honk the horn to show how much I like you. B) I'd roll down the window and shout that I love you. C) Both of the above.'
