Stars at Home
Light and air pollution hide most of the stars for those living in cities. It's not always possible to travel to the countryside to enjoy a night under the stars. However, a good romantic doesn't give up easily: if you can't go see the starry sky, you'll have to bring the stars to your room.
In many stationery and decoration stores, you'll find decorative stars at a more than reasonable price. There are many types: cardboard, small posters, conventional and phosphorescent stickers (the ones that glow in the dark)... While all are valid for giving a beautiful surprise, we'll stick with the latter as they are the most suitable for being observed in the dark.
The idea is to distribute the phosphorescent stickers on the ceiling or wall of the room where you want to give the surprise. Distribute them randomly and, if you feel inspired, write or draw a message or symbol with the little stars. For example, a cluster of stars could suggest the shape of 'ILU.' As we always say, let your imagination and your heart guide you.
Once you've stuck the stickers, all that's left is to wait for the night for the stars to shine brightly in your own room!
