The Amulet
In the East, there is a popular belief that we all possess a great amount of inner energy that we can control and manage at our will. Many disciplines, in one way or another, make use of it: yoga, martial arts, etc. Although this concept is not widely accepted in the West, we will use it indirectly to provide a simple and spiritual gift to anyone special to us.
The first thing we need to do is find something that can serve as an amulet: a small stone, a coin, a candy, a seashell... Once we have it, we'll keep it in our pocket so that the person we're going to surprise doesn't know we have it.
Next, we'll ask our surprised person to participate in a relaxation game. Try to have them take it as seriously as possible, because otherwise, the game's result won't be as good as desired. It's also advisable to speak slowly and calmly during the game to help create a relaxed atmosphere. We'll describe the steps to follow in order:
1) Ask that person to close their eyes and remember the last time they felt truly happy.
2) Once the surprised person has passed the first step, we'll ask them several questions to relive the moment more intensely. We'll ask them to rate the happiness they're reliving from 0 to 10.
3) We'll ask if they feel that happiness more intensely in any part of their body. If they say no, we'll try to associate it with a part.
4) The next step is to ask them to tell us the color that suggests that happiness, which they rated, and that emanates from the part of the body they mentioned in the previous response.
5) In this step, we'll ask them to focus more on that source of happiness of the color they told us, to imagine it intensified until it reaches a happiness level of 10 (the source of happiness emits with a brighter color). We'll ask them to imagine how that happiness invades their body until it fills everything.
6) If the previous step was successfully completed, we'll now ask them to try to concentrate all this happiness in the fingertips of one hand. They must bring all that energy spread throughout their body to that specific area, concentrating it into a sort of energy ball.
7) We'll ask them to give us that energy ball, for which we'll take the person's hand.
8) If we've done it right, we'll feel a tingling in our fingers. We can caress the other person to see if they feel anything special at the touch of that hand.
9) Finally, we take out our small amulet and deposit there all the energy that this person gave us. Note that steps 8 and 9 can be avoided. We could have asked the other person in step 7 to directly deposit all their energy into an object we placed in their hand.
10) We give the amulet to the owner of the energy deposited in it :)
From the moment you give the amulet, the other person can turn to it whenever they feel sad, regaining joy thanks to the intensified happiness moment associated with the amulet. Likewise, it will help them not to forget you easily, as linked to that happiness and the amulet will also be your memory.
